On 15th December 2009, Selangor Taekwon-do Association had conducted a 3rd Degree Black Belt Grading test. The examiner board consist of Master Lee Hook Heng and Master Billy Soon. The grading test went through smoothly with the helps of 2 senior black belt instructor, Steven Soo & Kok Chee Mun in conducting the grading test syllabus. All the student who taking part in the 3rd Degree upgrading test shows their highest commitment to complete and succed the test. They are a group of active member from the age range of 35th to 65th adult who devoted their times in Taekwon-do activities and Training.
